Are the designs really free?
Yes, the designs are 100% free!
We understand that things can be a bit of a mixed bag online, especially when it comes to personalized items.
That's why we want to offer the draft free of charge in advance so you know what to expect!
How exactly does this work?
Actually quite simple!
You can easily send us a message with your image using the WhatsApp or email button. We'll then send you a draft within 24-48 hours.
Changes are no problem!
If you like it, go ahead and order.
And if you don't like it, you haven't lost anything :)
Can I just send any picture?
We can actually work with most images.
BUT: The better the quality of the image, the better we can convert the image into a drawing.
I'm not satisfied with the draft. What now?
If you want, we can make some adjustments until you are happy with it.
But don't worry, you're under no obligation. If you don't want the item based on the design, you don't have to order it.
What material are the T-shirts made of?
The shirts are made of 100% ring-spun cotton. Depending on the color (gray), there may be a minimal amount of polyester.
Is it also possible to print on the back?
Of course! The first print is "free." Where you want the print is up to you. Only the second print will incur an additional charge.
How do the designs get onto the shirts?
To ensure the shirt lasts a long time, we print the designs directly onto the shirts. That's right – the design is printed directly onto the material – like a tattoo! This is called the DTG (direct-to-garment) process and is significantly better quality than an iron-on transfer.
How do the shirts fit?
The shirts are unisex and therefore fit fairly standard. For more information, see the respective size charts!
How long until I receive the shirt?
It all depends on how long our communication takes. Once the design is approved, we estimate approximately one week for production and shipping.
Where do you ship to?
We currently deliver throughout Europe :)
Do you also offer express shipping?
Unfortunately not. However, we are working on solutions to offer express processing and express shipping.
